Rachel Buller – Owner/Broker GRI, MRE
Rachel has been living in Manitou Springs since 1986. She is married to Clint Lewis, and has two grown sons who live nearby. She has been an entrepreneur all of her adult life, and is the owner and managing broker of Manitou Springs Real Estate. Rachel is very active in the community, having served on the Parks Board, Planning Commission, Economic Development Commission, Parking Authority Board, Mineral Springs Foundation, and many other groups and clubs. For fun, she likes to play with her granddaughter, dance, travel, play the cello, and do agility training with her dog.

Emily Sawyer – Broker Associate
Emily loves living and working in our town and her real estate expertise spans from the west side and Manitou, to Teller county. 23 years ago, she moved from Omaha, NE to Colorado and vowed to lead an exciting life. She met her husband James here and they’ve been together for 20 years.
She has two dogs that keep life interesting, a bossy Australian Shepherd “Maya”, and a crazy Bloodhound “Lazlo”. Biking, cooking, and music are a big part of her life. She loves travelling throughout Jamaica and Mexico, and those cultural influences can be seen in many of her interests. Emily believes in keeping life vibrant… it helps to live in Manitou!

Mike Farrell – Broker Associate
Mike Farrell grew up in Colorado Springs, and then went on to college at CU Boulder. After college he joined the Navy and married his high school sweetheart. They currently live in Manitou Springs with Their three daughters France, Bella, and Eva. They consider themselves very fortunate to live in such a wonderful area. Mike has owned several small businesses in the community, and has been a Realtor in Colorado for the last 8 years. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, biking, camping, cooking, gardening, traveling, playing the guitar, and spending time with friends and family.

Darold Jones – Broker Associate
Darold moved to Manitou Springs in 1945 and graduated from Manitou Springs High School in 1958. He married Sue in 1971 and they have 2 children, and one grandchild. He has been a member of PPAR for over 30 years and has also been a licensed appraiser.
Darold is a long-time member of the Manitou Masonic Lodge and the Manitou Kiwanis Club; he volunteers at the Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Community Congregational Church, where he has served on numerous committees.
Darold oversees the property management division of Manitou Springs Real Estate. Darold says, “Manitou Springs Real Estate is the best office I have worked in. The amount of cooperation among the agents, and the customer service is unbelievable. They are not only co-workers, but friends.”

Ila Quin–Broker Associate
Ila’s adventure as a Realtor began in the 1970′s, in Maryland. She discovered Colorado on a cross country trip in 1992 and moved here in 1995. It continues to give her great joy to find someone their special home and it is even more fun to do so in this beautiful area. Her other passions are painting in the abstract, creating kinetic sculpture with natural materials and rock collecting.
She also has a college degree in fine arts from the Maryland Institute College of Art, two sons and three grandchildren (all in Maryland).

Dan Hazard–Broker Associate
Dan first came to Manitou Springs in the 80ʼs, where he was a Homebuilder and a licensed Real Estate Agent. He moved to Washington State in 1990, where, in a very strong real estate market, became one of the most successful Real Estate Brokers in the Seattle area, reaching the top 1% of all Realtors in the nation on different occasions.
The love of the Pikes Peak Region brought him back to Manitou in 2011, where he lives with his wife Rhonda. Dan enjoys the outdoors, hiking with his White German Shepherd “Pinky” every morning, as well as gardening and construction projects around the house. He is also an Artist, with some of his acrylic paintings shown in Seattle galleries.
