The solar collector is intact, the wiring is intact, and it needs battery maintenance/replacement (don't know which) and a new controller. The cistern is gravity fed and only needs water added. The propane tank was removed when the owners vacated several years ago, but could be replaced. There is a cesspool for the septic system, but should be upgraded if you intend to occupy as a primary residence. Owners lived in this home for 12 years, full-time, so it is live-able. It will take some effort, and some money, but the cabin could be made live-able....or leave it as-is and build another home on the lot.
